Dr. Chunxue Bai is the Emeritus Professor of Zhongshan Hospital of Fudan University, Director of Shanghai Respiratory Research Institute, Chair of International Association for Metaverse in Medicine, Chair of Chinese Alliance against Lung Cancer and Editor-in-Chief, Clinical e-Health. He led the Asian Pulmonary Nodule Evaluation Guideline and number Chinese Consensus Guidelines published. He set up sub-centers for pulmonary nodules in 1000 hospitals.  He has been studying AI for early detection of lung cancer from pulmonary nodules since 2014 and introducing the technology for the 1000 sub-centers for pulmonary nodules. Dr. Bai’s International Reputation is demonstrated by his election as the President of the International Association and Alliance for Metaverse in Medicine, formulated consensus, and published the world's first metaverse in medicine monograph book in 2022. In addition, Dr. Bai launched Chinese journal “Metaverse in Medicine” in 2024, and officially designated as the official journal of IAMM.
